Can I swap out my vehicle for another during my subscription?

If you want to swap out your car, please contact your representative to arrange this change. Your representative will facilitate all your necessary arrangements.

What is the procedure to renew my ALM Drive subscription?

Your subscription can be renewed two days before it terminates. This can be done on the app. You can renew your current subscription up to two days before it ends. In the app, just click on the RENEW button. You will be able to select a new subscription period, view pricing details and pay for it.

Am I able to pause or cancel my subscription?

When your subscription end date comes due, all you need to do is return your vehicle to the ALM Drive center. If you choose to return the vehicle before the end of the current subscription end date, please note that we do not pro rate our fee for an early return. If you would like to schedule a return date and time please contact your representative to facilitate your request.

Do you accommodate after hour vehicle returns?

In order to avoid any issues we highly recommend that you return the vehicle during business hours. Being present for your vehicles inspection will ensure that any disputes that may arise during inspection will be dealt with then. We cannot accept disputes for return inspection related fees if you are not present. Please call your representative to make arrangements for your return.

How do I schedule maintenance?

ALM Drive will cover your routine maintenance costs. We will give you a courtesy call when maintenance is due on your vehicle.To schedule a service appointment, please contact us at 678-213-5700

What is the best way to contact my ALM Drive representative?

Your representative will give you their business card when you pick up your car. You can also call the ALM Drive Member Services line at 678-213-5700, 8am-6pm ET, Monday through Saturday

Is there a way to update my personal information or method of payment?

Your personal information and payment method can be modified on the App at anytime.

What do I do if my car breaks down?

Call 911 if there is a safety issue.

If I am in accident what do I need to do?

Report the accident to the police immediately. Gather information of the parties involved including names, contact info, and insurance policy numbers.
Your insurance information for your ALM Drive car is in Member envelope in your glovebox. Please call us to inform us of the accident so we can walk you through the necessary next steps at 678-213-5700

If I get a traffic violation or fail to pay a toll what do I need to do?

Traffic violations, citations or tolls that you may incur are your responsibility.

This is how it works:
ALM Drive is the registered owner of the vehicle. We will receive the bill for any tickets or tolls you incur. We will bill you for these fees at the end of your current subscription period.
